Cloverfield Trailer
I'm sure Rob's already seen this since he's always combing the Apple Quicktime site but the official Cloverfield trailer has been released on the web. This is the same version that moviegoers first saw when watching Beowulf at the theater.

I periodically check Apple - Movie Trailers but you caught me in between viewings. Nice catch! The new trailer looks good, love the use of cinema verite. Hopefully positive reviews will follow in January.
My best guess of what the movie is about is that there's this giant sea creature from Japan that impregnates people with it's eggs, spreading like a virus throughout the city.
I didn't catch this but apparently you can see the monster for a brief moment.
